TRANSFORMATION
Kaizen Industrial Park exemplifies a groundbreaking commitment to sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Highlighting the development of a state-of-the-art electrical substation and a reliable energy partnership with the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), it ensures efficient and uninterrupted power for industrial clients.
Electricity Supply by CFE
Kaizen has secured a reliable electrical charge supply directly from the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), ensuring a consistent and stable power source for the entire industrial park.
Electrical Substation Construction
The commencement of the construction of our state-of-the-art Electrical Substation is slated for the end of May 2023. This facility is designed to meet the high-power demands of our industrial clients with efficiency and reliability.
Commercial Operation Timeline:
We are on track to initiate Commercial Operations in the first quarter of 2024. This milestone will mark the availability of full electrical services across Kaizen, powering up our tenants' operations without delay.
Power Capacity
Both Kaizen and Kaizen II industrial parks will boast an impressive 60,000 KVA's each for distribution. This substantial capacity guarantees that our tenants have access to the power they need to operate high-performance and energy-intensive equipment, ensuring their businesses run smoothly and efficiently.
